This twist on a cheeseburger features crumbled blue cheese and juicy tomatoes.
1 lb ground beef
4 hamburger buns, split
1-1/3 cups mixed salad greens
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
6 T crumbled blue chese
Preheat grill to medium. Form beef into four 4-inch patties. Grill each patty 4-6 minutes total, turning once. Remove from heat and ensure each patty measure 160° F internally on a meat thermometer. Meanwhile, place buns on grill 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly toasted. Place patty on bun with 1/3 cup of the salad greens topped with tomatoes and blue cheese.
